Founder
Kara Subach Hirschfeld is the Founder of Vespia Partners, where she brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, political communications, and digital strategy for campaigns ranging from congressional races to state and local elections. She has led campaign strategy; developed and managed digital ad programs; produced radio, TV, and online videos; executed targeted direct-mail and texting campaigns; and built comprehensive voter-contact and targeted messaging strategies. Her political background also includes serving as the acting Director of Media Affairs for Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) outreach at the Republican National Committee, where she executed national media and coalition engagement strategies. Kara specializes in designing MarTech stacks that streamline campaign operations, integrate AI-driven tools, and enhance visibility and impact across all digital platforms.
Kara’s career spans leadership roles in marketing, communications, and technology for national associations, campaigns, and small businesses. She has directed major organizational rebrands, launched and optimized websites, strengthened digital platforms with SEO and analytics, and led high-visibility campaigns that elevated national presence.
Kara is a former Army Reservist who deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, bringing mission-focused leadership and grit to her work. She later served as a Commissioner on the Arizona Veterans’ Service Advisory Commission, advising the Governor on veteran wellness and policy initiatives.
Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Kara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Law from the University of Arizona and a Master of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations with a concentration in Marketing Communication Management from the University of Alabama.
Active in her community, Kara advises the University of Virginia Alpha Chi Omega chapter, provides strategic support to the Catch a Lift Fund serving combat-wounded veterans, and remains actively involved in her children’s schools and activities, where she has served as a PTO President and Girl Scout Troop Leader.
